Build brains with movement in Preschoolers

Moving preschoolers bodies through physical activity is a direct way to build brain cells in youngsters.
The high quality imaging techniques now prove the vivid results of movement upon brain tissue.
In the simple activities of PLAY children use movement skills:
  1. sliding
  2. running
  3. crawling
  4. swinging
to send strong messages along the nervous system to the brain. In the brain cells, these neural messages stimulate cells and encourage extensive further systemic development of more cells.
Physical activities build brains just as those actions build muscles, improve circulation and oxygenation.
Make certain that the children in your care get plenty of time to play. If you need some ideas on ways to guide play times and introduce simple skills that will build a foundation for success in both physical development and sports training visit: KidSKILLS.
